We designed and developed 233 compliance training courses last year. In order to make it more meaningful and sustainable, we called up for 7taps.
Microlearning allows us to create short impactful scenario-based interactions to reinforce the key objectives. Employees learn new material faster when it’s chunked and spaced, so we divide complex content into bite-sized pieces and deliver them with certain intervals outside of the e-learning. Everyone can take or revisit the training when it’s needed, and benefit from reminders.

It’s easy in our industry to fall into the trap of “this is how it’s always been done” (i.e. Read & sign SOPs), so we are striving to be disruptors. The iframe code on 7taps allows us to embed microlearnings into Articulate Rise courses on Policies and SOPs. The GIFs, the audio, and all the fun elements of 7taps can make dry compliance training more lively. Learners can take the 7taps “to go” as a concise reminder to review any time after the course is completed.
They can also reference prior courses within our Microlearning Gallery on our LXP. We have all of our trainings on a SharePoint site that’s easily accessible. QR codes leading to courses can be printed and used on-site. This delivery method is getting more popular across our R&D teams.
We actively use 7taps to support professional development programs that put learners in the situation – so they are confident & competent when they have to perform. There was a session for managing difficult conversations with a group of Top 100 executive leaders at Teva. After a two-hour-long workshop, we sent out a 7taps review that covered the key points of the training which also contained a real-life scenario with AI avatars having a non-exemplar conversation.
Looking to the future we are excited to bring 7taps into onboarding for new employees, mobile learning and games for all of our R&D colleagues (including lab-based employees), and inspection readiness & ICH guidelines.
