Overview
As a Marketing Associate at 7taps Microlearning, you will play a crucial role in supporting our initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a growth stage technology startup.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital channels including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates key messages effectively.
Social Media Management
- Help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Email Marketing
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Help maintain email marketing lists and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email templates and workflows for maximum effectiveness.
Marketing and Sales Analytics
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts based on data-driven insights and recommendations.
Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistics such as vendor management and promotional materials.
- Assist in post-event follow-up activities, including lead capture, data analysis, and reporting.
Customer Engagement
- Assist the Customer Success team in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via chat and email.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Contribute to the development of customer success resources such as knowledge base articles, tutorials, and FAQs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is a plus.
