Role Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support various aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will excel in event planning, managing inquiries, and travel arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Perform data cleaning and entry.
- Assist with collecting and compiling customer feedback.
- Process expense reports and manage budget tracking.
- Conduct basic research and compile data to support company initiatives and projects.
- Arrange travel itineraries for team members.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client or campaign details.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
